until I bought and opened the box for the first time...

The whole set at once. I'll explain what is what: (from left to right)
EVA series type stuffed animal with wings, the box itself in it's protective sleeve,
EVA-01 transparent edition model kit with Shinji figure, LD size booklet,
(below that) Rei Ayanami "glow in the dark" figure kit, registration card.
Next row: LD Death&Rebirth, Storyboard book (over 900 pages), LD End of Evangelion.
18 Trading Cards limited to this box (big "Not for sale" stamp) showing all the LD covers
of the series, 3 Telephone cards. Most of the items are only available in this box.
I think only the book was available seperately.

And the final pic: When you turn around the 18 Trading cards you'll get the two missing LD covers: LD#10 and the box. So is this the ultimate Box-Set or what?!
