ATARI JAGUAR

Here is a pic of my U.S. Jaguar and all the stuff it was originally shipped with.
You see: Packaging, behind that the poster, the console itself with the game Cybermorph
that came along with it, the joypad and the manuals. The Lynx advertisment was really
in the package...but there are two things here that were not in the original pack.

And here is the cd-rom! Again like it was shipped. It came with a manual,
a Myst Demo version, the Tempest 2000 Soundtrack CD and the two games Blue Lightning
and Vidgrid. Really a shame that there is only one good game available (Battlemorph)...
With this unit you can also play Audio CD's, CD+G and it has the famous
"Virtual Light Machine" by Jeff Minter built in...

This is how the two units look when united...

The mainboard looks like this...

Here's a pic of the later released "Pro-Controller" aka 6-button pad.
The pads are very well designed for long time playing, though some people
said they look like shit. These pad's also fit into the paddle ports
on the left side of the Atari STE/Falcon computers.

This is the link cable. There are only two games available using it: Air Cars and Doom.
There are rumors about a third game, but thanks to the 4-Play assholes it's only
available at eBay.com for $500...

A really nice add-on was the cat-box from ICD. Nowadays worth a fortune,
especially in the U.S., it adds lots of interfaces to the back of the Jag,
such like S-Video, Cinch Video and Audio, two headphone jacks with loudness control,
network plugs etc...kinda the universal thing to have.

The Jaguar mug. It's temperature sensitive, when filled with hot fluid the eyes "open"...
